Yummy Chilli Burgers
These burgers are as spicey as you like but when cooked they have a lovely creamy melted cheese centre that oozes out when you cut them. Just delicious!!!

Ingredients
- 500gm mince, 1/2 small green pepper (diced), 1 small onion (diced), 1-2 tspns miced chilli (as much as you like) 2 tbsp milk powder, 2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley, 60gm cheese in 4 pieces, melted butter.
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients & form into 8 patties. I press them between 2 sheets of glad wrap to get them nice & flat. Place a piece of cheese on 4 of the patties & cover with the remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal. Brush with melted butter & grill or BBQ till cooked.
