Fish In Feta Cheese And Bacon Wrap
This is a easy but very fancy way of doing fish which im sure will make you and your guests wanting more I made this once now when we have friends around if i havent made it they moan .BUT i have other recipes so see how this rates first...

Ingredients
- 4= fillets cut 20mm 100cm kingfish -snapper
- 100 grams feta sheep or goat cheese
- 4=bacon slices manuaka smoked the best
- a little garlic
- pepper
- salt
- olive oil
- breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
Directions
- #!1 coat fish in egg and breadcrumbs with garlic if you like and salt /pepper
- #2 Seare fish both sides
- #3 Remove fish and let cool
- #4 Place cheese on bacon and spread
- #5 Place fish on bacon and roll in a wrap tooth pick maybe required
- #6 Grill @ 230c or wrap in tinfoil for both 10 min
