Ingredients

  • Packet of large pita bread (Giannnis)
  • 1kg Chicken Breasts
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes (3-4) Chopped
  • Grated Carrot (1-2)
  • 1 Pottle of hummus
  • 1 pottle of Natural yougurt
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • Tblsp tamato relish
  • Dsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp mint (fresh or packet) finely chopped
  • Garlic
  • Garam Masala (approx 1dsp)
  • Soy Sauce (approx 1-2 tblsp)

Directions

  1. Slice chicken breast into bite size pieces and cook in soy sauce, Garam Masala and Garlic.
  2. Mix together yogurt, mint and 1 tsp garlic.
  3. Mix together tomato sauce, tomato relish and chili sauce
  4. Heat pita bread in microwave (individually) for about 40 sec.
  5. Spread with Hummus, sprinkle over lettuce, tomato and carrot drizzle over yogurt mixture.
  6. Place cook chicken on top drizzle over tomato sauce mixture.
  7. Serve, Yummmmmmm!
