So Easy Mini Bacon And Egg Pies
Quick and easy and cheap muffin size bacon and egg pies

Ingredients
- 3 sheets of defrosted puff pastry
- 6 large eggs
- 6 rashers of bacon
- pepper and salt
Directions
- Cut each pastry sheet into 4's and line a dozen muffin tin.
- Cut bacon into 24 strips and place one strip in each pastry cup.
- Break one egg into a saucer and using a knife cut in half and place in pie.(use knife to hold back other half of egg)
- Top with another strip of bacon and pepper and salt.
- Bake in 200c oven for approx half an hour or until brown and golden.
