So Easy Mini Bacon And Egg Pies


Quick and easy and cheap muffin size bacon and egg pies

Ingredients

  • 3 sheets of defrosted puff pastry
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 rashers of bacon
  • pepper and salt

Directions

  1. Cut each pastry sheet into 4's and line a dozen muffin tin.
  2. Cut bacon into 24 strips and place one strip in each pastry cup.
  3. Break one egg into a saucer and using a knife cut in half and place in pie.(use knife to hold back other half of egg)
  4. Top with another strip of bacon and pepper and salt.
  5. Bake in 200c oven for approx half an hour or until brown and golden.
Serves Cooking Time Prep Time
12 mini pies half an hour 5 minutes
