Cheesie Rolls :-)


These CHEESIE ROLLS you cannot stop eating and that is definitely speaking from experience!!!! My sister-in-law introduced me to them - and what an Angel she is!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 cups Cheese
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 pkt Onion Soup

    Directions

    1. Melt all ingredients but DO NOT BOIL.
    2. Spread on thinly sliced bread, and roll from corner to corner.
    3. Cut off crusts.
    4. Freeze to keep.
    5. Can be put under grill when ready to eat.

    15-20 20 minutes

    These were excellent! I made them and freezed them. They were really easy to make. My husband had some the other night. I defrosted them for 20 secs, then put them under the griller on a lower rack for until they were toasty each side. I spread butter on each side to toast them - sooo good. :-) Thanks.
