Pizza To Die For
My family love this pizza. It came about when we were living in the middle of nowhere and we want pizza hut. My husbands says he hopes we never get a pizza place as I mite stop making mine which are much nicer.

Ingredients
- BASE
- Use bread maker
- 300ml Warm water
- 2Tbsp Olive oil or any
- 31/4 cups Flour
- 2tsp Crushed garlic
- 2Tbsp fresh herbs your favorite 2tsp if dried
- 1tsp Salt
- 2tsp Sugar
- 3tsp sure bake.
- TOMATO SAUCE
- 4-5 tomatoes
- 1tsp crushed garlic
- 2Tbsp fresh herbs
- 2Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2Tbsp plum sauce
- 1 cup of each mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers chopped
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup of each beef pistrami, hot pork, ham
- 1/4 cup salami
- 3 char grilled chicken steaks
- 1-2 cups cheese grated
Directions
- BASE
- Pour water into bread maker pan add oil.
- Add all other ingredients apart from sure bake yeast.
- make a well in the center and place the sure bake.
- Place pan in bread maker and set to dough setting press start.
- SAUCE
- Place all ingredients in a medium size pot.
- Place on high heat until it boils.
- Reduce heat, and simmer until reduced 30 mins.
- Once the dough is ready. Roll, pull to fit roughly to your largest oven tray.
- Spread with all the sauce.
- Sprinkle with all toppings leaving cheese to last.
- Cook at 210oC for 30 mins or until golden and crispy.
