Liver Pate


Tasty, easy to make & cheap. It's a nice snack at any time of the day, especially spread on water crackers & served with your favourite ale!

Ingredients

  • 0,5 kg diced lambs frys (chicken liver)
  • 1 middle-seized carrot
  • 1-2 onions
  • 125g butter
  • 1/4 cup of stock (broth)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Fry lambs frys & a sliced carrot, then add some water & cover with a lid to stew.
  2. Fry 1-2 onions
  3. Put all these into a food pocessor
  4. Add 125g softened butter & 1/4 cup of stock
  5. Add salt & pepper to taste
  6. Blend for 2-3 minutes
