Liver Pate
Tasty, easy to make & cheap. It's a nice snack at any time of the day, especially spread on water crackers & served with your favourite ale!

Ingredients
- 0,5 kg diced lambs frys (chicken liver)
- 1 middle-seized carrot
- 1-2 onions
- 125g butter
- 1/4 cup of stock (broth)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Fry lambs frys & a sliced carrot, then add some water & cover with a lid to stew.
- Fry 1-2 onions
- Put all these into a food pocessor
- Add 125g softened butter & 1/4 cup of stock
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Blend for 2-3 minutes
