Best Ever Cream Cheese Spread

My mother is vegeterian so i came up with this idea for her as a starter. It ended up being a favourite for all.

Ingredients

  • 250g pottle of cream chese
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1/2 a packet taco seaoning

Directions

  1. Finley chop pepper into small cubes.
  2. Finely slice the white of the spring onion.
  3. Mix taco seasoning with cream cheese.
  4. Add pepper & spring onions, mix well
  5. Just before serving spread on french bread cut approx 2cm wide.
  6. Enjoy
