Nibbles "Cobb Loaf Dip"


Why I like This Dip it is so easy to make and a crowd loves it

Ingredients

  • 3-4 leaves of Silverbeet or Spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 1tsp curry powder
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaies
  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 Cobb Loaf " Bread"

Directions

  1. Chop Silverbeet Steam in pot with small amount of water 2 to 3 mins
  2. Drain water off and cool
  3. Putting chop Onion, grated cheese,mayonnaies,cream cheese and curry powder into a food processor
  4. process until Smooth add silverbeet and mix in
  5. With Cobb Loaf cut top off put aside take bread out leaving the cust putting all the mix into the cobb put the top on and cover with tin Foil Bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins
  6. Serve with crispbread and carrots,celery Sticks
