Ginger Beer
Nothing more refreshing on a Summer's day. Exceptionally well-matched with fush and chups.

Ingredients
- 20 cups of water
- 3 cups of sugar
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp citric acid
- 4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 ounce of yeast
Directions
- Mix alltogether and let stand for 2 hours
- Strain through cloth
- Bottle

I believe the yeast is dried, that is if my memory serves me well - My late Mum used to make it for my late brother and I way before "fizzy" drinks were common. She used to use the water from a well we had in the property - just heaven!!
