Ginger Beer

Nothing more refreshing on a Summer's day. Exceptionally well-matched with fush and chups.

Hi, could you please tell me if the yeast is fresh yeast or dried? If fresh, where can it be purchased?. Thanks, I would like to try this recipe - sounds great!

I believe the yeast is dried, that is if my memory serves me well - My late Mum used to make it for my late brother and I way before "fizzy" drinks were common. She used to use the water from a well we had in the property - just heaven!!
