Easy Peasy Sausage Rolls
I've used this recipe for years. It is so easy to make and very yummy. Great to make in advance and freeze until required.

Directions
- Remove an oven tray so that the sausage rolls are put onto a cold tray.
- Preheat oven to 190c.
- Fold out the pastry, do not need to roll it.

- Along the short way of the pastry sheet push out a ¼ of the sausage meat at the end of the pastry.
- Mould the sausage meat in a line with your fingers.
- Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper over the sausage meat.
- Cut the pastry with enough to fold over the sausage meat and pinch together to secure.
- Cut into 5.
- Using the knife make a couple of slits in the top of each sausage roll. Repeat until all the sausage meat is used.
- Place onto the tray, brush with milk and bake for 20min or until light brown
