Throw-It-Together Self-Crusting Pie

This is one of those impossible quiche-thingy's where you throw it all in together - great when you are in a hurry. The recipe can act as a master recipe with all sorts of additions and substitutions. It is also a wonderful way to use up leftovers.
Can be eaten hot or cold or cut into thick slices.
